SB237-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB237-SA1,1,6 1. Page 1, line 6: delete lines 6 and 7 and substitute “the institution, except that a person may operate a drone over an institution that is a state facility with the express authorization of the secretary of corrections or his or her designee or over an institution that is a county facility with the express authorization of the sheriff of the county or his or her designee.”.
