SENATE AMENDMENT 3, TO SENATE BILL 232

SB232-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB232-SA3,1,3 1. Page 1, line 6: delete “and granting rule-making authority" and substitute “granting rule-making authority, and making an appropriation".

SB232-SA3,1,4 2. Page 4, line 14: after that line insert:

SB232-SA3,1,5 “ Section 7. Fiscal changes.

SB232-SA3,2,2 (1) Professional licensing and regulation staff. In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department of safety and professional services under s. 20.165 (1) (g), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2021-22 is increased by $638,400 to increase the authorized FTE positions for the department of safety and professional services by 11.0 PR positions. In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the appropriation to the department of safety and professional services under s. 20.165 (1) (g), the dollar amount for fiscal year 2022-23 is increased by $826,900 to provide funding for the positions authorized under this subsection.”.
