SB1-SSA1-SA6,1,8 “(2g) Unemployment insurance; federal reimbursement. The joint committee on finance shall petition the U.S. department of labor or other appropriate person or entity in the federal government to receive or obtain payments that would have been paid to this state under 15 USC 9024 (c) (3) if the waiting period under s. 108.04 (3) (b) had been suspended after February 7, 2021, but that were not paid because the waiting period was not suspended.”.
