AB897-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB897-AA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 5: delete “offers" and substitute “is distinguished by an emphasis on the offering of, or in which the predominant business or attraction is the offering of,".

AB897-AA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 6: delete “performances." and substitute “performances, but does not include any of the following:

AB897-AA1,1,7 1. Health care facilities.

AB897-AA1,1,8 2. Institutions of higher education.

AB897-AA1,1,9 3. Nonprofit organizations.

AB897-AA1,1,10 4. Schools.”.

AB897-AA1,1,13 3. Page 3, line 12: after “165.71 (1)" insert “, and a poster distributed by the federal department of homeland security that provides human trafficking information,".

AB897-AA1,2,2 4. Page 3, line 16: delete the material beginning with “employ an" and ending with “victim" on line 17 and substitute “allow a violation”.
