AB874-AA3,1,4 1. Page 3, line 6: after “providers." insert “Health plans shall be indemnified and held harmless for any errors made by the department or its agents in calculation of any supplemental reimbursement made under this paragraph.".

AB874-AA3,1,7 2. Page 4, line 17: after “quarterly." insert “An eligible ambulance service provider cannot increase rates it charges for its services because of the imposition of the fee under this subsection.".
