AB668-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB668-AA2,1,2 1. Page 3, line 24: after that line insert:

AB668-AA2,1,6 “(c) “Nonprofit organization" means a nonprofit corporation, a charitable trust, or other nonprofit association that is described in section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is exempt from federal income tax under section 501 (a) of the Internal Revenue Code.”.

AB668-AA2,1,8 2. Page 4, line 2: delete “the Center for Suicide Awareness" and substitute “at least one nonprofit organization that is dedicated to the prevention of suicide”.

AB668-AA2,1,11 3. Page 4, line 14: delete “the Center for Suicide Awareness" and substitute “a competitively selected nonprofit organization, as defined in s. 165.865 (1) (c), that is dedicated to the prevention of suicide”.
