ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 608

AB608-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB608-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 6: after “use" insert “by right, not subject to any conditional or special use permits".

AB608-AA1,1,5 2. Page 5, line 20: delete the material beginning with “apply" and ending with page 6, line 3, and substitute “apply:”.

AB608-AA1,1,6 3. Page 6, line 4: before that line insert:

AB608-AA1,1,8 “1. Housing costs, as defined under s. 16.301 (3), do not exceed, or are not expected to exceed, 30 percent of the household's annual income.

AB608-AA1,1,12 2. For housing intended to be rented, the housing is for initial occupancy by individuals whose annual household income is between 60 percent and 100 percent of area median family income in the county in which the housing is located, as published annually by the federal department of housing and urban development.

AB608-AA1,2,5 3. For housing intended to be occupied by the owner, the housing is for initial occupancy by individuals whose annual household income is not more than 120 percent of area median family income in the county in which the housing is located, as published annually by the federal department of housing and urban development.”.
