AB5-AA1,1,6 “(7m) Incarcerated persons. The department of health services in implementing a vaccination plan may not distribute the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus vaccine to incarcerated persons under 60 years of age sooner than 21 days after the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine is available to the general public.”.
