AB440-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB440-AA1,1,5 1. Page 2, line 2: delete the material beginning with “If the person violates" and ending with “separating" on line 3 and substitute “Unless the person is at a facility that holds a permit to produce or process marijuana, if the person manufactures marijuana, or separates”.

AB440-AA1,1,9 2. Page 2, line 7: delete the material beginning with “If the person violates" and ending with “separating" on line 8 and substitute “Unless the person is at a facility that holds a permit to produce or process marijuana, if the person manufactures marijuana, or separates”.

AB440-AA1,1,11 3. Page 2, line 11: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 9.
