AB44-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB44-AA1,1,3 1. Page 9, line 10: delete “This” and substitute “Except as provided in sub. (4), the increased penalty provided in this".

AB44-AA1,1,4 2. Page 9, line 12: after that line insert:

AB44-AA1,1,6 “(4) The increased penalty provided in this section does not apply if the crime victim's status as an elder person is an essential element of the present conviction.”.
