Page 5, line 20: after “January 1, 2025." insert “This subdivision 3. b. does not apply to projects to be completed by a fixed wireless service provider receiving a grant of less than $100,000 if the project is capable of offering download speeds of 25 megabits per second or greater and upload speeds of 3 megabits per second or greater.".
