1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

21. Page 2, line 7: delete “rating of" and substitute “rating of".

32. Page 2, line 8: delete that line and substitute “percent under 38 USC 1114
4or 1134 as specified under par. (c) 4. or a 100 percent disability rating based”.

53. Page 2, line 11: delete “rating of 100 at" and substitute “rating of 100".

64. Page 2, line 12: delete that line and substitute “percent under 38 USC 1114
7or 1134 as specified under par. (c) 4. or a 100 percent disability rating based”.

85. Page 2, line 13: after that line insert:

9“ Section 2m. 71.07 (6e) (c) 4. of the statutes is created to read:

10 71.07 (6e) (c) 4. For the purposes of par. (a) 2. b. and 3. d., the service-connected
11disability rating shall be as follows:

1a. For taxable years beginning after December 31, 2021, and before January
21, 2023, at least 90 percent.

3 b. For taxable years beginning after December 31, 2022, and before January
41, 2024, at least 80 percent.

5 c. For taxable years beginning after December 31, 2023, at least 70 percent.”.

66. Page 2, line 14: on lines 14 and 15, delete “(c) 4." and substitute “(c) 5.".

77. Page 2, line 19: delete lines 19 to 23.
