AB225-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB225-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: after “drug." insert “ (1)".

AB225-AA2,1,3 2. Page 2, line 4: after that line insert:

AB225-AA2,1,5 “(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the disposal or destruction of any of the following:

AB225-AA2,1,6 (a) An expired or recalled vaccine, drug, or other product.

AB225-AA2,1,10 (b) A vaccine, drug, or other product at a drug disposal program authorized under s. 165.65 (2) (b), at a drug disposal program authorized or operated under s. 165.65 (3), or at a drug disposal program authorized under federal law, as defined in s. 165.65 (1) (a).

AB225-AA2,1,12 (c) A vaccine, drug, or other product after the ordered course of treatment for the vaccine, drug, or other product is finished.”.
