AB225-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB225-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 1: delete “reckless handling" and substitute “intentional destruction".

AB225-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 1: delete “Reckless handling" and substitute “ Intentional destruction".

AB225-AA1,1,6 3. Page 2, line 1: after “drug." insert “(1)".

AB225-AA1,1,7 4. Page 2, line 1: delete “recklessly" and substitute “destroys,".

AB225-AA1,1,9 5. Page 2, line 3: delete “in a manner that may" and substitute “with intent to".

AB225-AA1,1,10 6. Page 2, line 4: after that line insert:

AB225-AA1,2,2 “(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the disposal of expired or recalled vaccines, drugs, or other products.”.
