AB190-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB190-AA1,1,3 21. Page 4, line 13: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
3page 5, line 7, and substitute:
AB190-AA1,1,5 4“165.85 (3) (cm) (intro.) Decertify law enforcement, tribal law enforcement, jail,
5or juvenile detention officers who terminate employment do any of the following:
AB190-AA1,1,8 61. Resign employment in lieu of termination or are terminated, who violate for
7just cause under any applicable provision of law, unless the board determines under
8par. (cp) that decertification on this ground is not necessary.
AB190-AA1,1,10 92. Violate or fail to comply with a rule, policy, or order of the board relating to
10curriculum or, training, who falsify, or recruitment.
AB190-AA1,1,11 113. Falsify information to obtain or maintain certified status, who are.
AB190-AA1,1,12 124. Are certified as the result of an administrative error, who are.

15. Are convicted of a felony or of any offense that, if committed in Wisconsin,
2could be punished as a felony, who are. A law enforcement officer so convicted shall
3notify the board within 30 days of his or her conviction.
AB190-AA1,2,9 46. Are convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, or who fail as
5defined in 18 USC 921 (a) (33), or are convicted of domestic abuse, as defined in s.
6968.075 (1) (a), or the conviction is subject to the imposition of the domestic abuse
7surcharge under s. 973.055 (1), regardless of whether any part of the surcharge is
8waived by the court under s. 973.055 (4). A law enforcement officer so convicted shall
9notify the board within 30 days of his or her conviction.
AB190-AA1,2,14 108. Fail to pay court-ordered payments of child or family support, maintenance,
11birth expenses, medical expenses, or other expenses related to the support of a child
12or former spouse, or who fail to comply, after appropriate notice, with a subpoena or
13warrant issued by the department of children and families or a county child support
14agency under s. 59.53 (5) and related to paternity or child support proceedings.”.
