415.405 (7c) (a) 3m., an individual appointed as an initial professional art therapist
5member of the examining board under s. 15.405 (7c) (a) 3m. need not be licensed
6under s. 457.133 but may not be appointed unless the individual holds a certificate
7of registration as an art therapist under s. 440.03 (14) (a) 2. and has had at least 1,000
8hours of client contact during the previous 3 years.
