AB626,1,2 1An Act to create 20.115 (4) (fL) of the statutes; relating to: potato marketing
2board grant and making an appropriation.

This bill appropriates $500,000 to the Department of Agriculture, Trade and
Consumer Protection for the purpose of providing a grant to the potato industry
board in fiscal year 2020-21.

an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
AB626,1 3Section 1. 20.005 (3) (schedule) of the statutes: at the appropriate place, insert
4the following amounts for the purposes indicated: - See PDF for table PDF
AB626,2 1Section 2. 20.115 (4) (fL) of the statutes is created to read:
AB626,2,62 20.115 (4) (fL) Potato marketing board grant. The amounts in the schedule to
3provide a grant of $500,000 to the potato industry board to meet one or more of the
4objectives of the board's marketing order, including market research and
5development, industrial research, and educational programs. No moneys may be
6expended from this appropriation after June 30, 2021.
