WHEDA 2019-20 Dividend Report
The Committee will consider the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority surplus expenditure plan referred to the committee for review under Section 234.165 (2)(a) d. 3. of the Wisconsin Statutes.
The committee objects to the WHEDA 2019-20 Dividends for Wisconsin Plan, pursuant to s. 234.165 (2)(b)5 Wis. Stats., on the basis that the plan, primarily in categories IV and V, emphasizes agency operations instead of rural worker housing.
Ayes: 5 – Representative Jagler; Representatives Allen, Quinn, Brooks and Murphy.
Noes: 3 – Representatives Stuck, Zamarripa and Haywood.
Pursuant to s. 234.165 (2)(b)5, Wis. Stats., the plan is referred to the joint committee on Finance.
