SR2-SA5,1,3 “ Section 3m. Senate rule 18m is created to read:

SR2-SA5,1,7 Senate Rule 18m. Hours for conducting legislative business. The senate may not vote on any proposal between the hours of midnight and 9 a.m. If the senate has not completed its business by midnight, the senate shall recess to a time at or after 9 a.m. on that day.”.
