SR2-SA4,1,8 Senate Rule 18 (6) Notwithstanding sub. (1) and rule 41 (1) (c), the executive budget bill, introduced under section 16.45 of the statutes, may not be placed on the calendar unless the joint committee on finance has held a public hearing on the bill, as reported out from the joint committee, at least 2 days before the bill is placed on the calendar.”.
