21. Page 4, line 12: after “year" insert “and that the condition under par. (e) is

42. Page 4, line 14: after that line insert:

5“(e) A subtraction may not be made under par. (b) unless the Wisconsin
6qualified opportunity fund, no less than annually, provides the public with a
7meaningful opportunity to be heard regarding construction and development
8projects related to Wisconsin qualified opportunity zone property held by the fund.”.
