SB34-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB34-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 9: delete “Civil" and substitute “ Negligent hiring".

SB34-SA1,1,5 2. Page 3, line 2: delete the material beginning with “for the acts" and ending with “of the employee" on line 3 and substitute “in any proceeding on a claim against the employer for negligent hiring of that employee”.
