SB336-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB336-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 4: after “(ae)," insert “(am),".

SB336-SA1,1,3 2. Page 3, line 3: after that line insert:

SB336-SA1,1,4 “ Section 2s. 71.05 (1) (am) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB336-SA1,1,7 71.05 (1) (am) Military retirement systems. All retirement payments received from the U.S. military employee retirement system, to the extent that such payments are not exempt under par. (a) or, (ad), (ae), or (an).”.

SB336-SA1,1,8 3. Page 4, line 6: delete that line and substitute:

SB336-SA1,1,12 “(1) This act first applies to taxable years beginning on January 1 of the year in which this subsection takes effect, except that if this subsection takes effect after July 31, this act first applies to taxable years beginning on January 1 of the year following the year in which this subsection takes effect.”.
