42. Page 4, line 13: delete lines 13 to 17 and substitute “As soon as practicable
5after the district pays off all of its bonds as described in s. 229.685 (2), meets all of
6its other statutory and contractual obligations, and ceases to collect a tax under s.
777.705, the legislative audit bureau shall conduct a financial audit of the district.
8The audit bureau shall submit that audit”.
