AB700-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB700-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 4: delete “groundwater protection standards" and substitute “limitation in a permit that is based on a groundwater protection standard".

AB700-AA1,1,7 2. Page 2, line 12: after “this section." insert “The notification system shall ensure that county health departments and county land and conservation departments are notified at least 24 hours prior to notifying any other interested parties.".
