AB569-AA1,1,3 “ Section 1m. 40.65 (2) (b) 4. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB569-AA1,1,10 40.65 (2) (b) 4. In hearing an appeal under subd. 3., the division of hearings and appeals in the department of administration shall follow the procedures under ss. 102.16 to 102.26, but shall not apply the standard set forth in s. 102.17 (9). In the case of a mental injury that is not accompanied by a physical injury, participants may receive benefits under this section only if the mental injury is the result of unusual stress of greater dimensions than the day-to-day emotional strain and tension experienced by similarly situated individuals.”.
