1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

21. Page 1, line 2: delete that line and substitute “a type of milk, granting
3rule-making authority, and providing a penalty.”.

42. Page 2, line 6: after that line insert:

5“(2m) Penalty. Any person who violates sub. (1) shall be fined not less than
6$100 and not more than $1,000, for the first offense; and for each subsequent offense,
7fined not less than $500 and not more than $5,000.”.

83. Page 2, line 15: delete “(1) and (2)" and substitute “(1), (2), and (2m)".
