AB515-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB515-AA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: delete “and granting rule-making authority" and substitute “, granting rule-making authority, and providing a penalty".

AB515-AA2,1,4 2. Page 2, line 11: after that line insert:

AB515-AA2,1,7 “(4) Penalty. Any person who violates this section shall be fined not less than $100 and not more than $1,000, for the first offense; and for each subsequent offense, fined not less than $500 and not more than $5,000.”.
