AB38-SA1,1,3 21. Page 3, line 2: after “conflicts of interest" insert “ and the management plan
3complies with the policy adopted under par. (d)".

AB38-SA1,1,4 42. Page 3, line 4: after that line insert:

AB38-SA1,1,5 5“ Section 6m. 946.13 (12) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB38-SA1,1,76 946.13 (12) (d) The board shall adopt a policy specifying the contents required
7for a management plan under par. (b).”.
