ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 234

AB234-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB234-AA2,1,2 1. Page 12, line 23: delete “Agreements" and substitute “Any agreement".

AB234-AA2,1,3 2. Page 12, line 24: delete “that are" and substitute “that is".

AB234-AA2,1,10 3. Page 12, line 25: delete the material beginning with “that relate" and ending with “under this subsection.” on page 13, line 4, and substitute “that relates to access to the right-of-way, remains in effect until the agreement expires or is extended, modified, or renewed, whichever occurs first, and, upon such expiration, extension, modification, or renewal, the state or political subdivision shall ensure that its agreements with wireless providers relating to right-of-way access comply with the rates, fees, and terms required under this subsection.”.
