AB181-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB181-AA1,1,3 21. Page 2, line 12: after “300" insert “or is affiliated with a nonprofit private
3entity with affiliates that have received grants or contracts under 42 USC 300".

AB181-AA1,1,5 42. Page 2, line 16: delete “As soon as practicable" and substitute “By July 1,
52020".

AB181-AA1,1,7 63. Page 2, line 22: after “300" insert “or is affiliated with a nonprofit private
7entity with affiliates that have received grants or contracts under 42 USC 300".

AB181-AA1,1,8 84. Page 2, line 22: after that line insert:

AB181-AA1,2,2 9“(c) If the department of health services determines that it needs to request a
10waiver of federal law or a state plan amendment or obtain other federal approval to
11implement par. (b) and s. 49.45 (2) (c), the department of health services shall submit

1the request or seek to obtain federal approval to implement par. (b) and s. 49.45 (2)
2(c).”.
