The Town Board of the Town of ________, ________ County, Wisconsin, by this resolution, adopted by a majority of the town board on a roll call vote with a quorum present and voting and proper notice having been given, resolves and orders as follows:
Pursuant to
s. 59.69 (5) (e) 3m., Wis. stats., the time for disapproving any petition to amend ________ County zoning ordinances is extended 20 days to the thirtieth day after the public hearing held by the county in the matter. This 20-day extension shall remain in effect until the town board adopts a resolution rescinding the 20-day extension and files a certified copy of the rescinding resolution with the ________ County clerk.
The town clerk shall immediately file a certified copy of this resolution with the county zoning agency and the county clerk.
The town clerk shall properly post or publish this resolution as required under
s. 60.80, Wis. stats.
