SB374-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB374-SA1,1,2 21. Page 3, line 8: after that line insert:

SB374-SA1,1,4 3“bm. The governor issues a written notice of approval of the agreement no later
4than 90 days after being presented with the agreement under subd. 1m.”.

SB374-SA1,1,5 52. Page 3, line 9: delete lines 9 and 10 and substitute:

SB374-SA1,1,6 6“c. The agreement is approved by joint resolution of the legislature.” .

SB374-SA1,1,7 73. Page 3, line 10: after that line insert:

SB374-SA1,1,9 8“1m. As soon as possible after the department reaches an agreement with the
9state of Minnesota, the department shall present the agreement to the governor.”.

SB374-SA1,1,11 104. Page 3, line 19: delete “the joint committee on finance under s. 13.10" and
11substitute “joint resolution of the legislature".

15. Page 4, line 23: delete the material beginning with “joint" and ending with
2“finance" on line 24 and substitute “legislature”.
