Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
The Wisconsin Department of Corrections submits a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. ANALYSIS: The proposed rule modifies Chapter DOC 373, relating to youth conduct in type 1 secured correctional facilities. SCOPE STATEMENT: The scope statement for this rule, SS 115-21, was approved by the Governor on December 10, 2021, published in Register No. 792A3, on December 20, 2021, and approved by Secretary Carr on January 10, 2022. PROMULGATION PROCEDURE: A public hearing is required and will be held at a date and time to be determined.
RESPONSIBLE ORGANIZATION: The organizational unit primarily responsible for promulgating the rule is the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, Division of Juvenile Corrections.
