Notice of Preliminary Hearing on Statement of Scope

The Pharmacy Examining Board announces that it will hold a preliminary public hearing on Statement of Scope 044-23 for Phar 8, relating to Controlled Substances Requirements. The type of proposed rules is both emergency and permanent. In accordance with s. 227.136, Stats., the Pharmacy Examining Board is seeking public comment and feedback on Statement of Scope 044-23, at the time and place shown below.
