NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY PUBLIC HEARING
OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF INSURANCE
The Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) announces that it will hold a public hearing on Statement of Scope SS 027-23, a statement of scope indicating OCI’s intent to engage in rulemaking to revise s. Ins 3.15, Wis. Adm. Code, relating to the inclusion of “veterans” as a category of “eligible risks” under Ins 3.15 (4) (a). In accordance with s. 227.136, Stats., OCI will hold a public hearing and receive public comments regarding the proposed rulemaking as described in SS 027-23, as follows, at the time and place shown below.
