The statement of scope for the rule, SS 113-20, was approved by the Governor on August 13, 2020, published in Administrative Register No. 776A3, on August 17, 2020. A preliminary public hearing was held on October 7, 2020, and the statement of scope was approved by the DHS Secretary on October 13, 2020. |
Public Hearing |
A public hearing is required. The hearing will be scheduled and a notice will be published in the Administrative Register, following receipt of the Clearinghouse Report. |
