Notice of Preliminary Hearing on Statement of Scope

The Occupational Therapists Affiliated Credentialing Board announces that it will hold a preliminary public hearing on Statement of Scope 072-22 for OT 1 to 5, relating to Implementation of the Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact. The type of proposed rules is both emergency and permanent. In accordance with s. 227.136, Stats., the Occupational Therapists Affiliated Credentialing Board is seeking public comment and feedback on Statement of Scope 072-22, at the time and place shown below.
