NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY PUBLIC HEARING
Notice of Preliminary Hearing Date
In accordance with s. 227.136, Stats., the Commissioner is seeking public input regarding the content of the proposed rule as described in the Statement of Scope. Public comment is sought through the hearing and comment period.
Analysis
The Statement of Scope provides an overview for why the Office is seeking modifications to the current administrative rules. The intent is to draft a rule that will affect ss. INS 17.28 (3) (c) and (4) (f), Wis. Adm. Code, relating to the Injured Patients and Families Compensation Fund to amend the refund procedures and modify the Insurance Services Office Inc. (ISO) codes and affecting small business.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
The date for the public hearing is April 11, 2018 at 10:00 am.
