The purpose of this meeting is for the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) to provide information to and solicit information from stakeholders regarding the proposed revisions identified in the Statement of Scope related to Mental Health Day Treatment Services For Children in the Wisconsin Administrative Register on August 17, 2015, of ch. DHS 40. Public advice, comment, or opinion received during an informational meeting or listening session is not binding on the department and is subject to review to the Office of the Secretary or the DHS Administrative Rules Unit.
