Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On December 9, 2015, the Board of Nursing submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters N 5 and 6, relating to renewal, reinstatement and standards of practice.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 026-14, was approved by the Governor on March 19, 2014, published in Register No. 700A, on April 14, 2014, and approved by the Board of Nursing on May 8, 2014.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on January 14, 2016.
