Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rules to
Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
The Department of Children and Families submitted proposed rules to the Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse on December 7, 2015.
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 103-13, was approved by the Governor on August 7, 2013; published in Register No. 692B on August 31, 2013; and approved by Secretary Eloise Anderson on February 24, 2014. Analysis
The proposed rules affect ch. DCF 37, relating to information to be provided to physical custodians of children in out-of-home care. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held in Madison on January 21, 2016. The organizational unit responsible for the promulgation of the proposed rules is the Division of Safety and Permanence.
