NOTICE OF HEARING

Rule Relating to Plant Pest Import Controls and Quarantine

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) announces that it will hold a public hearing on its emergency rule, s. ATCP 21.10, Wis. Admin. Code, relating to the quarantine of Taylor County for the Gypsy Moth.

DATCP will hold the public hearing at the time and place shown below.
