NR 252.76 NR 252.76Pretreatment standards for new sources (PSNS). Except as provided in 40 CFR 403.7, any new source subject to this subcategory that introduces process wastewater pollutants into a publicly owned treatment works shall comply with 40 CFR Part 403, and achieve the pretreatment standards contained in s. NR 252.75.

NR 252.80 NR 252.80Applicability; description of the pigskin subcategory. The provisions of this subcategory are applicable to process wastewater discharges resulting from any tannery which processes raw or cured pigskins into finished leather by chemically dissolving or pulping the hair and tanning with chrome, then retan-wet finishing.
