AB50,1322,2321(d) The individual has, within the one-year period prior to the date of 22application for the grant, satisfactorily completed a nursing refresher course 23approved by the department under sub. (3). AB50,1323,224(2) (a) Subject to the limitations under this subsection, a grant under this
1section shall be an amount necessary to reimburse an individual for the tuition cost 2of the course described in sub. (1) (d). If the 5amount available in any fiscal year is insufficient to pay the full amount per 6individual under sub.
