The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

42,1 Section 1. 48.02 (14k) of the statutes is created to read:

48.02 (14k) “Qualified individual” has the meaning given under 42 USC 675a (c) (1) (D).
