Trans 309.01(3)(b)(b) Vehicles subject to the standards and specifications prescribed in the chapter are also subject to any other administrative rule or statute governing motor vehicle design, construction or equipment. Unless the express terms or context requires otherwise, this chapter shall be construed as supplementing rather than conflicting with other such statutes or administrative rules.
