The roll was called, disclosing the presence of a quorum.
Pursuant to Senate Rule 15, the official attendance for session was:

Absent with leave - Senators L. Johnson and Testin - 2.
The Senate stood for the prayer which was offered by Pastor Daniel Reehoff of Pewaukee.
The Senate remained standing and Senator Tomczyk led the Senate in the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.
