AB529,20,1312 d. The program has not been disqualified by the board as an approved
13naturopathic medical educational program under s. 466.03 (3).
AB529,20,1514 3. A program at a degree-granting institution of higher education located in
15the United States that satisfies all of the following:
AB529,20,1716 a. The program existed prior to the existence of the Council on Naturopathic
17Medical Education.
AB529,20,2118 b. The program offered a full-time, structured curriculum in basic sciences and
19supervised patient care comprising a doctoral naturopathic medical education for a
20duration of not less than 132 weeks and required completion within a period of not
21less than 35 months.
AB529,20,2522 c. If the program is still in existence, the program is currently accredited, or has
23achieved candidacy status for accreditation by the Council on Naturopathic Medical
24Education or an equivalent federally recognized accrediting body for the
25naturopathic medical profession recognized by the board.

6state naturopathic medicine licensing examination or equivalent Canadian
7provincial licensing examination for the practice of naturopathic medicine approved
8by the board.
AB529,22,99 2. A pharmacology examination approved by the board by rule.
AB529,22,1110 3. Any other competency or jurisprudence examinations required by the board
11by rule.
AB529,22,1412 (f) Meets any character and fitness, mental and physical competency, and
13professional competency standards established by the board under s. 466.03 (2) (b)
14to (d).
AB529,22,1615 (g) Meets any other requirement established by the board under s. 466.03 (2)
16(e).
AB529,22,18 17(2) Limited-scope naturopathic doctor license. (a) The board shall grant a
18limited-scope naturopathic doctor license to a person who does all of the following:
