REQUIREMENTS FOR RENEWAL AND CONTINUING EDUCATION
Psy 4.01 Biennial renewal. Psy 4.017 Renewal and reinstatement. Psy 4.025 Continuing education. Psy 4.035 Approved continuing education. Psy 4.04 Postponement, waiver, and exemptions. On or before September 30 of the odd-numbered year following issuance of the license, the licensee shall apply for renewal to the department and submit the fee specified in s. 440.08 (2) (a), Stats., and shall meet the continuing education requirements specified in s. In this chapter: Psy 4.015(1)(1) “Board” means Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board. Psy 4.015(2)(2) “Continuing education hour” means continuing education consisting of not less than 50 minutes. Psy 4.015(3)(3) “Ethics” means content consistent with one or more of the American Psychological Association’s ethical principles of psychologists. Psy 4.015(4)(4) “Jurisprudence” means content relating to laws and regulations affecting the practice of psychology.
